Customer service was slow .....food was good.

It's McDonald's. Need I say more? Good WiFi. Clean restrooms.

Stopped in the evening. Filet of fish looked like it had been in the warmer all day. Got a refund. Hamburger was raw. Service was decent. Food wasn't.

So you'll take care of 5 customers at the counter and then walk away from me and not even say anything? Unprofessional! RUDE AS HELL! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Staff was working at a frenzied pace, this place can be extremely crowded at times. Food order was perfect.

They don't know how to cook. Was served raw meat. Returned and was served raw meat twice.

Quick service when you're in a rush to get back on the road.

Half of my nuggets were raw, better check your food before you leave!

Breakfast... They were very busy but got very fast service. Good was hot and tasty.

It's not the McDonalds I remember when I was younger. The French Fries are not like abouquet anymore and the Big Mac was missing most of the special sauce as I remember.

I was excited to see sausage gravy biscuits on the menu. I don't generally eat fast food, but a buttery biscuit is always something I can eat in the morning. And it was a nice treat seeing that I was able to add some (a lot of) southern sausage gravy on top of that biscuit. And most important, IT WAS DELICIOUS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORDERING! This menu item isn't an iron in Florida, so I am looking forward to the next time I can try it.

Customer service was very much lacking Thursday evening at 8:30 pm dec 26. Young lady working counter acted like we were a inconvenience rather then a paying customer. Two guys with long hair were busy working and doing their best to handle customers. I feel like the young lady missed her calling. She may need to find a non-customer service type job. Food was ok.

Looked like an old hamburger. It was cold and horrible to try and eat I had to throw it away my wife got sick on the nuggets the fries were cold and hard threw away. This is the McDonald's in guymon Oklahoma. Please people stay away from there. Service was bad I repeated the order at least 6 times and the guy got it wrong .this is the worst McDonald's I ever ate at. The soda pop was good. I also told them at least 6 times no cheese and it still had cheese. The cheese never melted thats how cold the hamburger was. The bun was even dried and hard what a waste

Food was great. Service ok. But the restrooms needed cleaning (the reason for 3 stars

Must have laid everyone off. Barely cooked fries, soda tastes different. Burger was literally dripping in grease. Burger box with a puddle of grease..

The establishment was clean and inviting. The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant to help. The food prices were moderate. Basically just another McDonald's.

It's McDonald's, what else to say. Not something to eat every day, but on occasion it tastes good. Great place to visit on a long drive. Hard to pass up sweet tea.

The food is, as one would expect from McDonald’s, acceptable enough. That is when it comes out as ordered. But the staff is absolutely atrocious, rude, and disrespectful. I’ve been to McDonald’s all over the country and I’ve never had such terrible experiences as I have had on multiple occasions at this location on the Cimarron Turnpike. They either need to fire all the staff or shut the place down...

Good McDonald's to be on the turnpike. Sometimes the ones on the turnpikes tend to slip a bit, but this one was fast, polite and turned out good food. It's worth stopping in for a bite.

I was greatly un satisfied with the food the manager was yelling and cussing as we were up at the window. The lady over the headset had a very bad attitude. This makes me proud to be a part of kansas where people actually respect their jobs.

Our fries were cold and tasted old. The burger was super great and my nuggets were hard. The place was very clean and not art all busy. The staff was very pleasant, but they forgot my sauce. It is located on the middle of the turnpike, which is nice.

The food that we got was good. We ordered a 10 piece and a 6 piece chicken strip and only got the 10 piece. We also got a chicken nugget kids meal with Apple slices and a chocolate milk. They gave us fries and no drink for the happy meal. Unfortunately we had already gotten back on the highway when we realized these issues.

I frequent McDonald's across the country on my travels. Always good food at reasonable prices. However I hate to say it this particular one was absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms were filthy no toilet paper in the men's room and toilets we're backed up. Management really needs to get a handle on this. Customers judge the bathrooms first in the food business. Anybody in the fast-food business knows this fact. I mentioned to the counter person about it needing attention and was met with okay we'll get to it when we get to it wrong answer we need to get to it immediately! Management needs to improve this. It is nice to find a place to park on the turnpike. And the food was fine. Thus 2 stars, until next visit and update review

It was the only place we saw and we needed something to eat. Sullen staff. Not so fast food. Way $$$$ and not at all enjoyable.

This is a nice place to stop on the Cimarron turnpike to rest get gas and/or a snack. The restrooms are immaculate here. I give credit to McDonald's for maintaining them is what the sign said. I would recommend.

This McDonald's is closest to my house so it's the one we go to the most. It's always efficient and the employees are almost always on the top of their game and very polite. Food is always fresh and I rarely have to wait.

You have to give McDonald’s credit. It was smart to make the deal with the Turnpike Authority for these exclusive (and isolated) locations

McDonalds is such a disappointment anymore. Food is most of time not right, the lady was not helpful & food wasnt even warm. No apple pies
